		<description>It seems I was at least technically wrong that the House cannot amend SB1. At a discussion this morning with the House Speaker, Majority Leader and Minority Leader, all three talked of needing time to consider some of the recent language the Senate Rules Committee added. Does anyone know the procedure for this?</description>
