…And, ironically, the content? According to WTAE reporter Bob Mayo, the memo is advice from the city’s legal counsel on how the ethics board should comply with the Pennsylvania Sunshine Act.
Honestly, I’m not making it up. Check out the report on WTAE’s website, or read about the debacle in full from Bob Mayo’s blog, where he documents the time that’s passed: 56 days after his third e-mail request, and 92 days after he first asked in person.
I’m sure they’ll report on whether or not this request is ever resolved - stay tuned.
