That’s what Vito Renda, owner of the Moonlight Café in Dover Township (near York) said when interviewed by a York Daily Record reporter about the PA Department of Agriculture’s online restaurant inspections database. That pretty much sums up a lot of what open records reform is about, doesn’t it?

Beyond the Budget
