		<description>A large public school district in the northern Chicago suburbs just proposed a great transparency reform noted here:

It's good to get state laws changed (especially when the Pennsylvania law comes in at 48 out of 50 compared to the laws in other states) but I also like the idea of people working directly with school districts, cities and counties to ask for this kind of reform, regardless of what kind of statewide legislative reforms do, or don't, get passed.
